Adrian Russell
Co-founder · Operations, architecture & full-stack delivery
Adrian Russell has spent over 25 years building and operating software businesses, including two decades leading technical delivery inside a global enterprise software vendor as VP of Operations. He co-founded 3coded to bring that same operational rigor to solving real business problems with AI — moving fast from idea to working software without the overhead of a traditional dev shop. Adrian works across the full stack, from architecture and infrastructure to hands-on development, and has shipped everything from SaaS platforms to hardware-integrated systems, giving him the range to take a business problem from concept to deployed product.
Taz Snell
Co-founder · Professional services, delivery & AI-driven solutions
Taz Snell brings more than two decades of experience in the Australian and New Zealand health technology sector, most recently as Director of Professional Services at Intelerad Oceania, where he led delivery across a customer base spanning the vast majority of private radiology in the region. Today, as Co-Director of Silver Lion Consulting and co-founder of 3coded, Taz applies that delivery pedigree to a new mission: solving real business problems with AI. From AI-powered quoting platforms and compliance systems to farm management tools drawn from his own life running cattle operations in South Gippsland, Taz builds software that turns messy, manual workflows into fast, reliable systems. His approach is grounded in a simple belief — the best technology is the kind that quietly does the work, so people can get on with the job.
Tim Law
Co-founder · Software development, workflow analysis & technical services
Tim Law has spent 23+ years in software, many of them in the healthcare sector — including over 15 years in onsite technical and training roles, where he learned how systems actually get used on the floor, not just how they're designed. He has led technical teams, managed client relationships and worked deep in digital radiology software and workflows, backed by hands-on expertise in hardware and networking. Founder of ForgeWright Software and Consulting and co-founder of 3coded, Tim brings software development, workflow analysis and technical services to every engagement — and applies AI where it's needed most: to streamline the work, never to take it over.
